MOBY DIK (A GLOBAL PORTS GROUP COMPANY) ADDS ANOTHER CUSTOMER
Hyundai Merchant Marine, a global marine shipping company, has launched a new service to LLC Moby Dik container terminal (a Global Ports group company). Moby Dik finished handling the first vessel of the line – a 803 TEU Jork Reliance – that had arrived from Hamburg, Germany.

GLOBAL PORTS TERMINALS' TURNOVER EXCEEDS THE PRE-CRISIS LEVEL
Container turnover of Global Ports, a group of leading operators of container terminals in the North West and Far East of Russia, in January-March 2011 grew by 68% as compared to the same period of the last year and amounted to 341,222 TEUs. This result is 22% above the pre-crisis level – in January-March 2008 the Global Ports' terminals handled 279,091 TEUs.

MOBY DIK CONTAINER TERMINAL (A GLOBAL PORTS GROUP COMPANY) IS INTRODUCED TO MAERSK LINE’S SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Maersk Line, a world leading liner shipping company, began operating a new container service to Moby Dik container terminal (a Global Ports group company). Under the contract established between the two companies in March, Maersk Line vessels will call at the terminal on a weekly basis.

UNIFEEDER LAUNCHES SERVICE TO MOBY DIK CONTAINER TERMINAL (A GLOBAL PORTS GROUP COMPANY)
LLC Moby Dik container terminal (a Global Ports group company) finished handling the first container carrier of Unifeeder, one of the largest feeder network in the European container transportation market.  Under its contract with LLC Moby Dik, Unifeeder will call at the terminal at least once a week.

CARGO TURNOVER OF GLOBAL PORTS' CONTAINER TERMINALS INCREASED BY 81% IN 2010
In 2010 the stevedoring companies of Global Ports Investments Plc (GPI) group handled 1,095,625 TEU, 59,463 ro-ro cargo units (including cars) and 19.2 mln. tons of other cargo (including oil cargo). As compared to 2009 the volume of container handling operations increased by 81%, ro-ro cargo by 60% and other cargo by 7.4%.

Moby Dik LLC (a Global Ports group entity) has been included in the register of Temporary Storage Facilities (TSF) owners. Russian Federal Customs Service issued the relevant certificate for a five-year term.

SHAREHOLDERS APPOINT NEW CEO OF MOBY DIK
Pursuant to the shareholders resolution Valery Mestulov was appointed to serve as a new CEO of Moby Dik LLC (a Global Ports group entity). As of July 1, 2010 Mr. Mestulov will replace Dirk van Assendelft who has headed the company since the commissioning of the container terminal.
